Aerometallic buys Patricomp

Aerometallic, part of Aernnova Group, has acquired the Finnish company Patricomp.
Patricomp, once belonged to Patria Group, recently owned by KMM-Invest is a company dedicated to manufacturing of sheet metal components and assemblies for aircraft industry. The company has 42 employees.
Patricomp is located in Patria Industrial area at the neighbourhood of Halli airport in Jämsä. It´s activities are tool design and manufacturing, sheet metal part manufacturing, surface treatments, assembly and inspections.
Aernnova is a leading aerostructures company specialized in the design and manufacturing of aerostructures and components such as wings, empennages and fuselage sections.
